Played around a bit with the camera...
Mashed in a high gravity beer, took 45 minutes before the wort became beautifully crystal clear.
The boil went soft because I had collected too much wort (need to troubleshoot that) and didn't want to risk a boilover. This was a mistake, as I accounted for 1.34g of boil-off and achieved just under 1g in 90 minutes. Oh well... more beer for me!
Hot break formed almost immediately - this beer will be nice and pale
Time for flameout and whirlpool... more later!
